Service
By 8 a.m., your admin is done.
Mail sorted, documents filed, replies drafted — and any question to your archive answered in seconds. A back office run by AI agents, on servers in Switzerland. We don't build it for you; we run it for you.
What you get
- One place for everything. Mail, calendar, contacts, files and office in a single workplace — your existing mailboxes at Google or Microsoft are mirrored in, nothing has to be cancelled.
- An archive that answers. Every mail, scan and document is searchable by meaning, not by keyword. "What do we owe company X?" returns the answer with sources, not a list of hits.
- Agents that work. Incoming mail is sorted, documents land in the right folder, deadlines are spotted, replies are prepared. The agent drafts — a human sends.
- One identity per person. One login for everything, password vault included, permissions per mandate. Staff see only what they are allowed to.
- Operated sovereignly. Servers in Switzerland, access only via VPN, language models on our own hardware. Your mail content never reaches a US provider.
Three tiers — start where it fits
- Desk. The workplace: mail, calendar, files, office, one login. Your mailboxes mirrored, your calendars merged.
- Memory. Desk plus the archive: everything indexed, everything askable — in chat, in search, straight from the filing tree.
- Hands. Memory plus the agents: inbox pre-sorted, filing automatic, drafts ready, open items per company and person in view.
How it starts: the back-office audit day
One day, one mailbox, one folder — read-only. The same afternoon the archive answers your real questions, and you see on your own data what an operated back office does for you. The report from that day is also the offer: which tier, which scope, which price.
Then a 90-day pilot at a fixed price, with one mandate and drafts only. If it saves no measurable time after 30 days, we don't invoice.
What we don't promise
No AI that sends mail unsupervised. No black box: every filing and every draft is traceable and reversible. And no lock-in — mail, calendar and files run on open standards, a full export is possible at any time. We have been running this back office for our own company and for mandates for months; what goes wrong is in the blog.
Pricing
Audit day CHF 2,000 · fixed-price pilot · subscription per tenant and seat
Setup is a move, not a software project. Mailboxes and folders are mirrored, identities created, agents attached to the tools you already use. Order of magnitude from our own rollout: about three days for the company, plus roughly one day per seat. Mailboxes fill themselves in the meantime. The figure for your office is in the audit-day report.
The subscription covers operations, updates, backup and the agents. As a yardstick: half a day of clerical work per week costs a company around CHF 2,000 a month — the back-office subscription sits well below that. The exact figure is in the offer after the audit day, not before.
