Become AI-ready
We create the conditions for running and administering your company through AI — step by step, starting with your processes.
What "AI-ready" actually means
An AI agent is exactly as useful as the surfaces it can operate — and as good as the structure it finds. Software without an interface is a locked room to it; a process that lives only in people's heads is invisible. Becoming AI-ready therefore does not mean "introducing an AI tool". It means setting up systems and workflows so AI can work wherever it pays off.
How we work
- Inventory. Your processes, systems and data flows — what is already steerable, what is not, and where the biggest leverage sits.
- API-first check. Every tool is measured against hard criteria: an interface for everything the UI can do? Complete data export? Self-hostable or at least hostable in Switzerland/the EU? Configuration as text? Only then do features and price count.
- Prioritised implementation. The workflows with the biggest impact first — audit-proof with Coautra: every change captured, documented, reviewed.
- Enablement. Your team works along from day one, and the documentation is yours — no consultant lock-in.
How you notice the difference
- Recurring workflows run automatically — traceable, not a black box.
- Knowledge is documented, not just in people's heads.
- New software is chosen by criteria that still hold in five years.
- You use AI where it pays off — and skip it where it does not.
What we do not promise
No miracles without foundations: an AI taking over a chaotic process produces chaos at higher speed. That is why we start with the processes — and say honestly where AI does not (yet) pay off. How we work ourselves is documented, unfiltered, on our blog — the same rebuild we do for clients, applied to our own company.
Pricing
Guide rate CHF 250/h · fixed-price packages · success component available for measurable goals
Wherever the scope is plannable, we prefer fixed-price packages — you know before the start what it costs. For measurable goals, a success component is possible; the KPI for it is agreed in writing upfront. The guide rate applies to everything that cannot sensibly be packaged.
